No, it won't. I did one time in China last year travel to unlock my OnePlus phone... Click "permanent unlock" option from phone menu, it did the job , phone got unlocked and restarted.

Have you activated the phone? Have you checked https://www.tfwunlockpolicy.com/? If you have activated it before and it's 60 days, you can call tracfone to unlock it manually.
