Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network Operators > Select automatically
Disable that. If it shows more than just T-Mobile i.e Verizon, AT&T etc. Then it's unlocked.

"OEM Unlock" will be enabled in Developer Options in Settings. Or you could just use a sim from another carrier.
