Yeah I have a marcy recumbent bicycle and the resistance levels aren't much of a challenge. Maybe a weight vest and one of those waist trainer belts added may help a bit

It does have a machine wash tag on it, so that was accurate. But yes, it's twenty 1lb weights that are bags of something.

20 lb is plenty of exercise if you can hit 8:00-10:00/ mile on them. I'm struggling to hit a constant 8:30/ mile with 30 lb ruck. 40-50 will leave me walking.

How many weights did it come with? If 20 then they’re for sure 1 lbs. The other benefit of the S version is that they claim it’s machine washable. I was tempted but your review is discouraging =/

I was basing it on the pictures under the 20s that looked like a more together packet then the sand bags. Either way, they are definitely 1lb and not the 2.5 advertised.

a good basic training rucksack would be 40-50 lbs. 20 lbs would be more beginner level and these wouldnt be upgradeable like if you got individual ruck weights
