only issue i had was when PC sleeps, sometimes they disconnect, and i had to unplug the USB to PC and plug back in. you could just turn headset off when sleeping PC , that works too.

I agree. 9X when it works well is great, but the connection issues really make me not recommend it. I’ll never buy another Xbox headset that uses the same tech again.

Don't buy the older generation steel series wireless headsets. Basically anything without Nova in the name. They're plagued by weak hinges in the ear cups that break and render the headset useless....
