Thanks OP. I missed out on the $300 price but got for $350. Can confirm this was brand new and never used, battery test showed it haven’t even been turned on before I bought it.

It is a sound enchancement setting that got turned on by default. Go the audio settings and turn off all the digital processin options. One of the setting conflicts with the drivers of this laptop.
