I saw it on YouTube, just drop the battery from about two feet from the floor a couple of times, put it in the charger and voila! it started to get a charge. Have done this with two more batteries...

I tried this methods several times and it worked...kind of. Push and Hold the power button for 60 seconds, then insert to the charger while holding the power button for another 30 seconds.

My only complaint is the charger is noisy. I'm over 6-0 and extending the trmmer out balances it out pretty well for me so I don't have any weight issues with it.
