It is an ad by Michelin that is sponsored by Uncle Drew - so it’s not the Uncle Drew movie tab but an advertisement by Michelin that comes up within the ad scroll for the screensaver.

This has nothing to do with Amazon's streaming service. This is ads on a Fire TV. I don't think Amazon ever promised no ads on the Fire TV.

Yeah, for viewing the other credits I just go to any movie and click "More purchase options" then click "Redeem a gift card or promotion code"
Says how much credit I have.
