It’s an excellent TV for the price and the most comparable is the U7K. I have both, the TCL is slightly ahead. Use a stand alone Roku or Fire Stick.

I have no issues with mine. Works fine. I have a bunch of roku and fire tv devices. This tv has given me no problems.

Hook a Firestick, Roku, Chromecast, ATV, etc., to it if you find it so bad. I use a Chromecast with my U6G and it's great for the money.

I have the Hisense U7k and aside from the great picture its software for interacting is so bad I'm returning it. TV is NOT just about the picture.
