Noob here. Does everyone here take 1 pill every evening right before bed or only on the days that they're working out? Better to take it with food for absorption or it doesn't matter?

EVL includes the zma ingredients in their testosterone booster EVLtest. So the addition of theanine makes marketed as one thing, throw in a couple test boosting herbs now it's a testosterone booster....

For me these are terrible for sleep. I don't know if it's because I already take a multivitamin with B vitamins, but the huge dose of B6 makes it so after an 1hr so I can't go to sleep and makes it...
