Simply not true. Under 20 is routine for 1%, unless some bougie brand that you’re up paying for name only.
Can get 2% retinol, which I believe to be the maximum OTC strength. 1% would be at best...

Walgreens allows you to add 1 item only to make sure you do not get the discount! I tried more than 10 stores and was not able to add more than 1 item.

Not even close. Maybe 1% of 0.025% tret if that. If you have access to tret you have the best (maybe ask for upgrading to Taz). All these are overpriced. You can get Tret or Taz for $2 per tube...
