Mine arrived with dented gas tank, oil all over it, scuffed handle bar, damaged gun grip and loose engine mounting nuts, Filled it up and it took about 20+ pulls to get started.

One thing you might check if you’re still troubleshooting this…the CR950 engine has a low oil sensor/interlock. They ship the units without oil, so you might need to add some to get it started.
