Relatively slow guaranteed write speed. Depending on the encoding and frame rate it might work, but the Osmo 4 supports up to 120FPS, surely won't work well with this card. Look for UHS-I U3 instead...

Not really, the write speed is too low. Unless you only do 1080p recordings. You want the SanDisk Extreme not the Ultra.
