Console games are often still targeting 30fps with a 60fps mode if you're lucky. 60fps takes a graphical hit, and at 120 the hit is extremely noticable. On some monitors and TVs you also get smearing...

Every PC game can run at 120hz fool. And yes, no high refresh rate is a deal breaker. These 4k tvs have been released year after year with little incentive to upgrade.
