I got one of these last year on clearance for ~$65. It's a great entry into flattops if you're unsure. It's especially great with a 30lb adapter. It'll run through 1lbers like there's no tomorrow....

Make sure to oil the griddle. I installed mine with the cover and went to use it 3 weeks later and it was a big chuck of rust. Didn't make it to first use.
