It used to smell really good and I would use it on all the washings. I even picked up Gains dishwashing liquid because I loved the scent. But I think they changed the formula. Now the smell is very...

Looks like we're talking 5 cents per load. Tide is 20 cents per load whereas Gain is 15 cents per load, making it 25% which is a significant number in general, except we're talking pennies and if...

Note that Gain also has different versions. Another SlickDeal has OdorBuster Gain for roughly the same price. It apparently has added ingredients to get rid of odors but it only has two enzymes (see...

Pretty much every consumer study has shown Tide and Persil to be the top detergents. Tide is the bestseller in America while Persil is top in Europe. Comparisons show them to be comparable, with each...

Based on the ingredients, it should clean pretty well. The secret is to always look for enzymes. That's the ingredient that many bargain detergents lack. This Gain has three enzymes, which is better...

I just know this: science fair projects I have seen have shown that tide is better than most others..

Having no experience with Tide and doing no personal research, I was curious if Tide is actually proven to be superior to Gain, with testing. Like you, I'm using Gain because someone else in the...

I honestly feel like Gain cleans our family's clothes as well as Tide ever did. We used Tide for years, but my daughter brought home Gain because of the scent, and we have used it ever since. BTW I...

You get what you pay for...stick with Costco (if you have a membership) or Tide. Gain is probably fine if you'll never have stains, but I'm sure most will have something (grass, food, grease, etc.).

While not as highly rated as Tide, in all likelihood this works fine for most people. I’m sure it removes coffee stains and BO just fine.
