It's really subjective to each person but for me RDR1/2 and FO3 are superior games. Actually Obsidian Entertainment developed Fallout: New Vegas, which is my favorite FO game.

Have you tried playing games at like 120fps or 240fps? It's a big change from 30-60fps. Games feel much smoother, etc. I think that's why people tend to upgrade more often.
