I removed a little bit of the broken down mulch and used it as top dressing in my lawn.

Went there yesterday. If u want a fork lift to load it in truck you must buy entire pallet of 70. Not too bad but then they charge $18 for the pallet lol. Refundable if brought back

Home Depot by has started their "Spring Black Friday" and the 2cf Vigoro mulch is $3.33 a bag. I don't know why they aren't competing with Lowe's... maybe they will do their real sale later?
