21 inch is not even a standard size. you might have some at 24" but the bulk these days are 27 or 32 for widescreen. ultra wide starts at 34 and up

I have one. It gets plenty bright. The colors are great, but I have to dim it all the way because the blacks get washed out. RE4 the remake looked way better with the blacklight all the way dimmed....
