Seed oils, soybean, canola, vegetable, are all inflammatory and bad for a number of health reasons, GMO, etc. Best oils to use are olive oil or avocado oil.

I bought Brunswick sardines and then Beachcliff sardines through SD deals recently. I love sardines, but the Beachcliff ones are terrible in comparison to the Brunswick ones.
