Get a liquid to liquid heat exchanger. Then splice it into your engine cooling system. Most engines run 190ish degrees but some warmer so probably not boiling but close.

I disagree. It has a garden hose attachment for a reason. A hose will provide the necessary pressure. The included pump is probably for pushing it through the heating element area.

You can always get the 3 PSI by filling a container and putting it higher than this heater. Less convenient but gravity can get you the PSI you need.
