It does depend on what you're trying to do. There are use cases for high-dose melatonin supplementation. But for sleep, I agree, since the .3mg is what was studied as most effective.

yeah i don't know why it's not working for some people, but you won't see the 25% coupon until you get to the checkout page. also it's a one-time use coupon so it won't work if you already used it on...

Daily reminder that most melatonin supplements on the market are for way too high of a dose.
As little as .3mg is effective. Start low and work up as needed. I would never take more than 1.5-2mg.
