if you have issues, contact bose directly through the website, not ebay or allstate they may replace it with a new quietcomfort (new ver of the 45s)

Purchased refurbs of these from ebay a couple times on SD deals - both have crapped out within a year. Just wont do it again as they are not reliable at this price.
