I don't get it. It sounds like you either ordered a fridge without panels, or actively and knowingly removed all panels when you ordered your fridge...then expected to have panels on delivery?

You should be able to do the whole thing - start to finish - on the app without needing to login to the website or from work. Just fire up the Shop Samsung app and use the same login and password....

The whole app and Samsung setup appears to be a bit flaky. The trade-in deal showed up sometime and other times it did not. I had to plug away at it a few times to make it stick.
