This is the set with four slotted drivers. The set with three slotted and three Phillips would be a lot more practical.

No. An insulated screwdriver will have insulation on the blade so that only a small amount at the tip is exposed metal.

Yes, same here. They might be good for loose screws, but if you have to apply any pressure they dig into your hand.

I think he means that the laser tips aren't necessary for a screwdriver. It's just a nice-to-have/luxury feature.

The laser tips bite into the screw heads which reduce slip-ups especially on older screws. I have a beloved set of made in USA husky pros (no longer in production) and it's a big difference.
