Ngl I agree with the comments that 16GB is not enough. Out of the box just running windows and a browser it uses 8gigs of ram, so really your only left with 8gigs

I added a Samsung 16gb to my M16. Haven’t had an issue. It is an oversight from ASUS not to start at 32GB. I find while gaming it uses 16-20GB when you have Steam and Discord open.

I got the same deal on the M16, guess it depends on what you're looking for. The OLED screen isn't a big deal to me, I prefer the upgradeability of the M16.

Yes i mean hx processor. You can get a laptop that is 1lb heavier and 1 inch greater in every dimension that has a hx processor. That's a lot of performance for such a small increase in bulk

It's sad that the 4070 doesn't have an option for 32GB. Jumping to the 4080 just isn't necessary for me and it's a massive jump from $1700 to $2700. I am still in 2 minds given the cooling solution...
