Mine died after 5 years. The bolt got misaligned. No way to repair the device. This should not happen. Having to replace a smart device in 5 years. Cannot and will not recommend this product.

I have an older version of this and you’re locked in the awful Nest ecosystem. I would avoid. I ended up completely disconnecting it from wifi and Nest. Just using the key pad now.
