Played no more heroes 3 a few weeks ago. It's very goofy and likeable but parts of the game are clearly unfinished. However, it was a solid 13 hour playthrough. The music and cutscenes are awesome.

Sakura of Rice and Ruin beats it in the player ratings by a fair amount and they are just about tied with the critics. Both are worth a play through if the genres appeal to you.
