I don't think BBB actually does anything but take a report. FCC complaint will get you a call from Total/Tracfone resolution dept within a few days. Took an additional few days for them to research...

True - they own Total/Tracfone company but they have nothing to do with shipping of phones. I expect you'll have to wait awhile for your refund, they're really slow.
