Sardines tastes fishier, oilier and saltier than herring. Sardines have a meatier texture than herrings texture which is more tender. They are different species of fish although from the same family....

Love the quality and a great protein snack. Not mushy like other brands. Purchased the hot peppers before and it’s my preferred but not on sale so I’ll sub for this. Thanks!
