If I were to guess, it's 1080p and the 4070 could easily drive a 1440p display. 300-nits brightness isn't anything to write home about and 144Hz is better than 60Hz but could be better for 1080p...

The crappy screen is not worth it. That screen is outdated completely. If you are connecting it to an external monitor or tv, it's fine. But for a laptop use, it's doesn't do it.
