I always use my PayPal security key with PayPal. I always use PayPal with Meritline. I've never had an issue with fruadulent charges either with Meritline or with PayPal.

I use meritline all the time and i use Citicard's "Virtual Account Numbers" feature..
generates a single-use card number.. exp. date and security code.. always goes through / problem solved. :)
