I just bought the ultimate edition on monday and I installed it friday night. I've got 24 hours logged via steam now. Best part was the game was free with my $20 microsoft cloud testing...

Alright so i finally gave up and started from brand new.
The base game with no mods and no NVSE nothing worked great. No issues whatsoever.
As soon as i put in the 4gb patch from the NVSE page...

my guess is that the mods are interfering with whatever patch was rolled out to fix the initial bug.

The robot is in the general store. You'll need like a few sensor modules (you can steal that in the store i believe or just head to goodsprings and buy a few) and like scrap metal .
