I'd go with Yate Loon's over Xiggy's any day. They are incredible for the price they are sold for. Have you tried re-lubricating them?

i got the same fan, i added a 92mm so is dual fan, is not heavy, i get about 4.5ghz intel 2700k stable in auto voltage no more than 1.35. temp idle is in the mid 20's and mid 60's when is 100% load.
