The candy was marked $5 on the tags at Tech Ridge Target. It didn't ring up as $5 but the cashiers at this Target have always been super nice.

Definitely YMMV. Went to Riverside store in Sacramento and price cut tag said $9.49 on one type of package, others untagged but all scanned $9.49.
