I have a similar one for an atrix 2 and agree with dpham, great for this price.

the atrix lapdock is a well built device. not worth anywhere near retail, but it is a steal at $50...if you have a use for it. moto is the only company allowing true micro usb and micro hdmi out on...

Oh I see, thanks for clearing that up. Looks like this didn't sell well in Israel so they are trying to sell the excess to Americans. Such garbage from Motorola as usual.

As was said, many more uses. It is a standard microhdmi and microusb. I've used it as a secondary monitor and I'm planning on connecting an MK802 to make it an android netbook.

price ( which op should put in the title AND in the post) is $49.99, with free shipping apparently. if for some reason you still have the atrix, i would stop throwing good money at a bad phone.
