C, I re-enabled Norton toolbar and logged back in and I'm not having the hanging issue anymore. Your tweak seems to have done the trick on the issue I was having. Thank you for looking into it!

Since several people here have reported having this problem only on slickdeals and on no other site, I think that it makes more sense for the slickdeals developers to try to reproduce the problem...

The toolbar seems to be interfering with files from Google's API, which we use to allow Google login (similar to the Facebook login).

Yup. I just disabled the Norton toolbar and the problem resolved. Odd that I can't use Norton with SD and only SD? Thanks. That will make all the printable wiki updates much easier/less frustrating.

Pages are taking longer for me too, I keep seeing stuff about google, css, adturn, googleleads, googleanalytics, etc.. I'm using chrome and not computer savvy at all, hope that helps.

I use Norton Toolbar as well. I disabled it and that seems to fix the problems. But I use Norton to manage my passwords, so I don't want to disable it.
