Mindraider, I live in Florida too and haven't found anyone as good as Ally with their no fee accounts. I take it you won't consider online banks?

Well, looks like I'll be sticking with Chartway for the time being. Still, no other financial institutions compete with chartway's even after cutting their current rates in half. :vomit:

One place you might want to try is Ally Bank, they have 0.95 Interest on MM accounts.

I was used to getting 1.75-2.00% on savings ($50K) and about 3-3.50% on checking ($20K). Anything near that would be great.
