Remember that if they don't have any micro sims you can get one that is bigger and physically cut it so it fits the same size as a micro. Tutorial/printable templates here.

It says "3g" because +HSPA is technically not 4g, its classified in the category of 3.9g but it has speeds close to/equal 4g. Here you go, everything you need to know about groove ip and google...

It's really dependent on where you are, currently T-mobile is using AWS 1700mhz band for their +HSPA or "4g" but they are in the process of building their 1900mhz band across America in anticipation...
