It would probably curb the excessive "investment" properties, but regular people would have still gone to jail en masse because of the sheer size of the economic hole we were in. Hmm, not sure.

The worst service I have ever had has been at sit down restaurants, NOT fast food places. I attribute it to the sense of entitlement that seems to be prevalent in the wait staff of today.
