You probably want to wait a bit longer. My min/max for them is 6 / 21 business days. With that said they haven't been as bad lately and mine (mailed same day as yours) was entered on 3/5.

More like 5 months for Newegg rebates. There's no reason it should take so long (exceeding their own stated timeline) except being customer-unfriendly to take advantage of the extra float.

HDMI is a digital signal. 0 and 1's. No voltage = 0, high voltage = 1. So you can't really improve a digital signal.
