Sure that is a good thing to not allow your DNS to change. I think the real question is whether or not you want to use Comodo's DNS servers for your DNS or someone else is up to you.

as above people said. Use 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 They are operated by opendns.org and they prevent fake/phishing and scams that your ISPs DNS does not detect.

any of the above are fine, if you really want to get the best one though, try pinging each of the above - the faster ones are better, and generally that translates into your ISP's

By default you probably use your isp's dns servers, but you can use whos ever you want. 4.2.2.1 is a common alternative as is 75.75.75.75. it doesn't make any difference really so long as you trust...
