That premium data fee will not be waived. Its been discussed over and over again. It has been in effect since the original Evo came out on Sprint.

Just add the $10 to the base monthly price and you're still going to end up better off than you would with AT&T or Verizon. I switched from AT&T several years ago and I've never looked back.
