I've had this same drive plugged into my car for over a year. One time I had to take it out and put it back in to get it to play, other than that it's never been removed.

No this is a micro flash designed for tiny size more than max speed. It's fast enough to play video and audio from, but not at all fast in comparison to full size or usb3 devices made to be fast over...
