Tried activating the palm centro by calling vzw customer service. The guy said any palm phone requires data plan. I guess I'll wait until my contract is up and activate with page plus.

Aren't these phones from like 2006 or 2007? I would rather step back and use a Motorola Star Tac or the Zack Morris Motorola brick phone before using one of these.

Still use the Centro today. It is unbelievable how well these phones hold up.
You can tether this phone to your 32bit windows laptop with PDA net via bluetooth or USB.
I get around 440kbps...

Yep, there was. Samsung SCH-i760. I know it can because I had one, and I got mine in December of 2007, and it was a brick that had Wifi, Bluetooth, EvDo, and WinMo 6.1.
