sorry have to agree with brbubba, PG is non-toxic - same stuff used is Prestone Non-toxic Anti-freeze - (Ethylene Glycol is the bad stuff), PG is commonly used in women's lipstick.

Ideally I'd say same fan type, same CFM. In reality though, it probably doesn't matter. I'm not a big fan of push/pull setups to begin with but the numbers don't lie and they do work.

I'm assuming any washers would be for the actual heatsink part, between the screws and the surface of the block. This is what they are for in my setup, but I don't have an LQ-320. Push/Pull setup...

Yup you got it. The 32º that increases a little bit is probably the north bridge or board temp, which will heat up a little under load but the only one that really rockets up there is your CPU temp...

Yeah I also have speedfan running and I found one that moves based on CPU usage, however AMD Overdrive has another one that moves as well but is much lower. I guess I'll have to keep researching...
