While this is a good price on these bags, occasionally the 13 inch bags go on sale for $3-4. They were that price in store a couple of weeks ago.

I think the 16" & 20" set are the blue and red colored ones. I've wondered if the color difference is because of a different manufacturer, but I have not seen them in a store for a closer look.
