I have a 24" 1080p monitor and a 27". I prefer the 27". I prefer to sit further away from a monitor, so people who like to sit really close may have a different opinion.

This model is NOT Flicker Free. It uses PWM dimming which will damage your eyes. The gw2760 model is the flicker free version.

Main draw of this monitor is the flicker-free PWM backlighting. Otherwise, I'd rather have IPS.
