Only when there is a manufacturer coupon involved. If it's just a store discount they're not supposed to tax on full retail.

No problem. I just went to another nearby walmart but they were out of stock in the black 16gb. Asked when the sale was over, employee had no clue. I'm hoping to find one before the sale ends though.

Walmart still has the iPhone 6 for 129, here in Cali at least. My husbands iPhone 5 is messing up and is eligible for an upgrade. Called a few walmarts and all said it was 129 with 2 yr contact but...
