I personally think of think of this as one of the worst TP, but so is Angel Soft, as well as Quilted Northern. Charmin is better than all. But it is a subjective thing.

The big difference is that the one in Costco is 2-ply. I live in IL and the math works the following for me: Amazon: 32 rolls for $12.08 + $0.76 Tax = $0.40/roll Costco: 36 rolls for $14.69...
