Very comfortable. No complaints at all. Some days at work I'll wear for 5 or 6 hours and they never get uncomfortable. I do find the adjustable headband sometimes expands and I'll have to readjust it...

I have the 30s and 40s. They're both very good and to my ears not a ton of difference between them, but the 40s have detatchable cables which is really nice.
